Device identifiers for marketing or advertising tracking (Note: Device identifiers are collected internally for app functionality and crash reporting, as detailed below)

Google Firebase

Firebase Authentication: To manage secure user sign-in and account management
Firebase Crashlytics: To report app crashes and help us fix bugs
Google Analytics for Firebase: To understand basic app usage (e.g., active users, retention) so we can improve the user experience
Cloud Firestore: Database storage for project data
Cloud Storage: Storage for photos and attachments

This data is processed securely and is used solely for app functionality and analytics, not for advertising purposes.

Google Sign-In (Android)

On Android devices, you may use Google Sign-In for convenient authentication. This only provides us with your email address and display name—we do not access other Google account data.

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure, which employs industry-standard security measures including:

With other members of your construction project team (as authorized)

Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
Export: Receive your data in a portable format

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You may do this immediately through our automated tools:

In-App: Go to your profile settings and select 'Delete Account'.
Web Portal: Log in at https://cm-app-19716.web.app and select 'Delete Account' in your profile settings.

This process is automated and will permanently remove your personal data from our active systems immediately.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

Children's Privacy

Our app is designed for business use and is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date.
