We're here to help you get the most out of Track on Build
Your builder or project manager will provide you with a unique passcode. Open the app, tap "View Assignments," and enter your passcode to access your project. If you haven't received a passcode, please contact your construction team directly.
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Make sure you're entering the passcode exactly as provided, including any capital letters or numbers. Passcodes are case-sensitive. If it still doesn't work, contact your builder to verify the correct passcode or request a new one.
After accessing your project, tap on the "Media" tab at the bottom of the screen. You can browse all photos by date or filter them by specific jobs and tasks.
Yes! Tap the "Messages" tab to communicate directly with your project team. You'll receive notifications when they respond.
Go to your Profile tab, scroll down, and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. You can also delete your account through our web portal.
Yes. Your data is protected with industry-standard encryption both in transit and at rest. Only you and your authorized project team members can see your project information. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
